Nuremberg personalities read from their favourite books and exchange associations and thoughts with the audience. As part of the international figuren.theater.festival freelance artist Susanne Carl, who researches daily self-staging, introduces Siri Hustvedt’s novel “Glittering World” and contextualises it with her own work with masks.

Leading up to the festival, the audience gets the chance to meet Wally and Paul Schmidt, artistic directors and protagonists of Nuremberg’s Theater Salz+Pfeffer on Thursday, May 23.
