Pay What You Can

Choose the price that’s right for you: With our new “Pay What You Can” model, you decide what you’re able to pay based on your financial situation. In Erlangen, Nuremberg, and Schwabach, there are three price levels: Reduced, Standard, and Supporter. At the Kulturforum in Fürth, five different price levels are available.

This year, there is no festival pass (which previously offered a 20% discount on standard tickets). If you’re planning to attend multiple events, you can now create your own fair mix of ticket prices by selecting from the available tiers.

Ticket Prices

Ticket prices vary by venue and performance.

Events with free admission are clearly marked in the programme.

Discounts

No proof of eligibility is required to select the reduced price tier.

Companions

Admission is free for companions of people with disabilities if the person’s disability ID includes a “B” endorsement.

Advance Ticket Sales

Advance sales for all events of the 24th international figuren.theater.festival begin on 26 April, 2025 at 9:00 am,  both online and at ticket outlets throughout Germany.

To book tickets online via the festival website, simply click the Tickets link next to the event of your choice — you’ll be redirected to the order form.

If you’d like to purchase tickets for multiple performances at once, you can use the shopping cart function on Reservix.

Please note: Tafelhalle, Künstlerhaus and Stadttheater Fürth use a different ticketing system. Tickets for these venues must be purchased separately. For multiple purchases at the Tafelhalle and the Künstlerhaus, we recommend using the Kultur Information webshop, which also offers a shopping cart.

Please be aware that processing and handling fees, as well as shipping costs (where applicable), may be added to online purchases. These charges are set by the external ticketing providers and do not benefit the festival organisers.

Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), instant bank transfer, direct debit, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted, and your data will be handled securely and confidentially.

Use the Print@Home option to print your tickets conveniently at home. Available until shortly before the event begins (as long as the performance isn’t sold out). A flat fee of €2.00 per booking (not per ticket) applies. Please note: Tickets purchased online cannot be returned.

Most tickets purchased in advance can also be used for local public transport (including German Railway, second class, supplement-free trains, single round trip) in the entire VGN-Area (linked transport system for the Greater Nürnberg area, starting four hours before the performance and valid until end of service that day. For Print@Home tickets, this benefit applies only if the full name of each passenger is entered during the booking process.

Box offices

Tickets can also be purchased at the venue’s box office starting one hour before each performance.
