A puppeteer's nightmare

Performance, Staging, Puppets: Sarah Wissner | Advisor Directing: Annette Scheibler | Artistic Advisor: Stephanie Rinke | Sound: Sebastian Elsner
When people think about “Kasperle“, a happy, jolly character automatically pops into their minds. But what happens if the incessantly cheerful character suddenly appears as a sombre, brutal horror puppet with evil intentions? In “The Dark Trullala“, Kasperle becomes independent and compels to submit his own puppet master. The role of the actual string puller reverses and reveals an amusingly new point of view.
